Alhaji Short Wishes NPP And Ghanaians Merry Christmas And Happy New Year

I wish to extend my warmest greetings and wishes to all members of the NPP and Ghanaians for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

As we observe these occasions, let us all do a self-introspection and appreciate the fact we have significant contributions to make towards the development of our party and nation. It is, therefore, important we remind ourselves of the significant lessons of change and renewal this festive season presents.

Undoubtedly, 2017 offered us God's favours and unqualified blessings, even as young as our government is. It is my prayer that 2018 will promise us hope, and propel our party and nation on to a fresh era of prosperity and progress.

Let us all celebrate the season safely and responsibly. And let us remember to help those who are less fortunate than we are.

May I seize the opportunity to encourage all members of our great party (the NPP) and the whole nation to rally behind the President, H. E. Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, as he strives to implement his vision of Ghana Beyond Aid. This agenda will be a major pillar in our attempt to build our economy and transform Ghana beyond recognition. It will be a major plank in our bid to consolidate our victory of 2016 enough times to enable us complete the President’s transformation plan.
