Christ Wants You To Know Him Personally And Not Through A Proxy--Part One
03.12.2017 LISTEN

Dear and beloved of God,
I pray your rest day met your spiritual satisfaction and closeness with and to our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

One thing which surprises me is also seeing ministers, saints, and or disciples trying to teach others to be Christlike.I am afraid such works are not of God nor is it God's way; that it belongs to the philosophies of men, in this human world or it is from the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Yeah, God expects us to lead men to Him for Him as the Porter, and Finisher of our faith to conclude His will and plan for His Children. We also can let or encourage them to have a personal relationship with Him their maker as His vessels. As to whether they will be vessels of honour or not it is entirely as to how each of us fights the fight either good or bad.

If we follow the account of the Book of Genesis; we come to the objective of God creating man in His own image as the first and man as a vessel to contain God as Life.Vs.7, God first shaped man as a potter would and breathe His own life into the man so that the link and purpose were to be from God to man. From chapter 1 of Genesis, we will see two ways God created and made the contents of the earth.Created here meant to bring something into existence out of nothing.

This differs from made in 2:4 and formed in 2:7; the latter two denoting to take something that already exists and use it to produce something else.this suggested that God used and existing material from His earlier creation to make or form man.I reckon God placed much emphasis on what His own hands touched to make or form either way disciples.

Here, Biblical information, therefore, tells us that God placed utter importance for making or forming man, which will include "a motive. What then was God's motive? His motive according to the Holy Bible accounts was to fulfill His desire and to satisfy His good pleasure (Eph.1:5,9) (which is why as human beings made in the image of God we also have desires).

The purpose of God's creation is to glorify the Son of God ( Col. 1:15-19 ) (as human beings in God's image we also do proudly do things mostly for our children to have a higher life than ours) and to manifest God Himself (Psalm 19:1-2; Rom. 1:20; especially in man (1 Tim.3:16) through His Son, Christ. Who is the embodiment of God and the image, the expression, of God (Col.2:9;1:15.

The basis of God's creation is God's will and plan (Eph.1:20; Rev.4:11 and will pass a comment on these vs. later on).Study of the verses tells us that God's creation was the Son of God.(Col.1:15; Heb.1:2b;) and the word of God ( Heb.11:3; John 1:1-3;both of whom are Christ (John 1:1,18;Rev.19:13).To be continued.
