Listen to article

Who by the smallest leakage, who by the slightest whim

Who in the oppressing month of October
Who will not remember
And who shall I call responsible?
And who in his poverty, who by choice or chance

Who in these realms of preventable disasters, who by taking temporal decisions

And who should I blame, who by virtue of position
Who for his greed, who for his hunger
And who shall I say is responsible?
And who by political standing, who by accident
Who in solitude, who in multitide
Who by a friend's advice, who by his own discerning mind

Who on his last breath, who on life support
And who shall we point fingers at?
Dedicated to victims of the #AtomicExplosion
