1 Million Sankofa Voices Project For Mahamas Comeback Launched
23.10.2017 LISTEN

On December 7, 2016 Ghanaians cast their ballot to elect Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo-Addo as president and thereby rejecting the second term bid of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama. A result which was very much unexpected because of the unprecedented infrastructural and economical gains chalked by the John Mahama administration.

The election of Nana Akuffo Addo was met with high expectations due to the gargantuan promises made by the NPP in order to secure the mandate of Ghanaians. Fast forward to October, 2016 and Ghanaians are all wailing and living in total regret.

The NPP has woefully failed the people who entrusted the fortunes of the country in their hands and have given the Ghanaian people a raw deal. From the public service to the hawker on the street, everyone has taste the bitter pill of bad governance under Nana Akuffo Addo's government.

Mismanagement of the economy, insecurity, corruption and nepotism are just but a few of the traits being exhibited the this clueless NPP administration. Ghanaians are therefore calling on His Excellency John Dramani Mahama and the NDC to come and rescue them from this cancerous and substandard government.

It is on this backdrop that the 1 MILLION SANKOFA VOICES Project is being launched to collect signatures of 1 million Ghanaian voters across all 275 constituencies who are tired of the incompetence of the current government and will like to COMPEL His Excellency John Mahama to contest for the NDC flagbearership so that he will rescue Ghanaians from this severe hardship and monumental cluelessness.

The Project will kick off in the Ashanti Region, the NPP's stronghold where we intend to get not less than 200,000 signatures from 47 constituencies. The project will proceed to other regions and will have constituency coordinators across every constituency in the country.

The project will officially start on November 1, 2017 and is expected to end on or before February 1, 2017. The official petition will then be presented to the office of His Excellency John Dramani Mahama within four (4) weeks after the conclusion of the project.

All persons desirous of joining this project should contact the National Coordinator or the deputy for further information.
