SEP 22, 2017 LISTEN

THE MINISTRY of Railways Development has warned members of the general public not to allow themselves to be defrauded by any agencies or individuals purporting to be undertaking recruitment exercise on behalf of the ministry.

The warning follows the ministry’s discovery of a series of emails allegedly sent out by one Anthony Kandabrey, believed to be an old student of St. Mary Seminary School, to potential applicants for various posts at the newly-created Railways Ministry.

Chief Director of the Ministry, Kwame Adorbor made this known in a disclaimer issued on the latter on Wednesday, September 20, 2017.

He urged that individuals interested in applying for jobs at the Ministry should deal directly with the ministry and not through any individuals or agencies.

According to the disclaimer, the Railways Development Ministry does not deal with any agencies or individuals in recruiting staff, noting that the said emails disseminated purporting an ongoing recruitment exercise was nothing but a scam.
