Dell EMC Appoints MITSUMI as Distribution Partner for Africa

Kenya – Sep 21, 2017: Mitsumi Distribution, the leading IT, CE and Telco distributor in the Middle East and Africa; today announced that it has been appointed by Dell EMC Middle East, as an Authorized Dell EMC Enterprise Distributor for the Africa region. The move demonstrates their confidence in our ability to help grow their brand across the region.

Since our Dell Consumer, Commercial and SNP African distribution partnership first began in 2009, Mitsumi has played an integral role in helping to grow the Dell business across the region. As an authorized distributor, Mitsumi will distribute Dell EMC storage products including all-flash arrays, hybrid storage platforms and networked-attached storage solutions in Angola, Burundi, Cape Verde, Comoros, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Mayotte, Nigeria, Reunion, Rwanda, Seychelles, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania and Uganda. Other Dell EMC enterprise IT offerings include servers, converged infrastructure and cloud infrastructure products.

In October 2016, Mitsumi also gained DELL CSG – Consumer Product distribution rights for UAE, GULF (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Yemen,) and SELL (Libya, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq) countries for the Wholesale industry only.
