MP Assist Constituency with ¢55 Million


The MP for the Techiman North constituency the in the Brong Ahafo region, Mr Alex Kyeremeh, has earmarked 55million from his share of the MP's common fund to assist seventeen communities in his constituency.

In an interview with Space FM in Sunyani, Mr Kyeremeh, stated that the fund is to assist them to execute ongoing developmental projects.

The MP emphasised that some of the projects include clinics, school blocks, water and sanitation.

He said other communities in the constituency will also benefit from the fund.

Mr Kyeremeh noted that some of the beneficiary communities are Medisan, Ayaasu, and Tuobodom Nzema among others.

The parliamentarian stated that he is ready to assist all communities who initiate their own project to complete them.

He continued that he is in touch with a number of NGOs, Agencies and ministries to assist other communities adding that some disaster affected people were given two million cedis to alleviate their plight.
