Canoe carver electrocuted


Winneba (C/R) June 12 GNA- Kwabena Bondze, a 35 year-old canoe carver in the Zongo community at Winneba was electrocuted on Saturday night when he stepped on an electric wire after a rainstorm.

Mr Nicholas Gasu, Winneba District Police Commander told the Ghana News Agency on Sunday that at Bondze met his death at about 1900 hours when he was walking through stagnant water. He said the body had been deposited the Winneba Government Hospital mortuary for autopsy.
