Your Thoughts Can End Your Goals In Life, Beware
01.08.2017 LISTEN

Many a time we find ourselves in the difficult corners of life. We quickly think that the bad moments are never going to end. Not at all! It is our innate brain reaction in counteracting our fears. When not realised, the likelihood is that you begin a cycle of a mental battle which makes you unproductive towards your goals.

We become unproductive because our thoughts become so personalised (i.e. becomes another person) and rob us of the optimistic view of our goals. Please, take a deep breath and hold on to whatever you believe in. For me, in these times I tend to read more of the holy Bible and listen to a lot of encouraging biblical music. It is important to silence your negative thoughts with positive and hopeful things to avoid fear and anxiety. More so never stop working hard at your goals because a consistent attitude will eventually get you results.

When these negative thoughts come to stay, you may not rise above the odds and see your God given potential, which is very dangerous and the reason why we need to be alert. Everyone has the potential to be whatever he/she wants to be but we only can, when we rise above the test of time. Time tells, but time filled with anxiety is mostly unproductive and energy waning. Therefore to keep our heads up, we should always think that the worse is not what we are experiencing and there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Think of the dead who has no chance to live his /her dreams? Henceforth, we should keep practising positive things and count our blessings as we swim in the sea of pain. Remember, nothing is permanent.

Keep a smile, keep searching for the solution, keep knocking at the possible doors, and keep asking till you find. This is life! It is normal to feel the odds but never give up! Also never envy anyone because people have different paths in life!
