The leadership of the ECOWAS Youth Council heartily felicitates with Muslims within the region and worldwide on the successful completion of Ramadan 1439 AH.
Ramadan is one of the five pillars of Islam that is observed by fasting, alms giving and special prayers. It is a time to present our petitions to Almighty Allah for divine interventions and upliftment.
We enjoin our teeming youths to imbibe the lessons of this period and replicate the teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad and His virtues of love and peace in all our dealings for the betterment of the region and humanity.
While urging you to create time for introspection, re-dedication and prayers for our leaders, we also implore you to be vigilant and security conscious. It is our prayers that you witness many more Ramadans and may our supplications be answered.
