IGUSA- Our Thoughts And Prayers Are With The Good People Of Iran

We, the members of the Iran Ghana University Students Association join the rest of the world to commensurate with the spiritual leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, the government and good people of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the the dastardly terror attacks in Tehran this Wednesday. The entire world is saddled by this barbaric and Savage action by these enemies of humanity and the world. Our thoughts and prayers are with the good people of the Islamic Republic of Iran in this times.

The world woke up on Wednesday, to news of the barbaric and inhumane attacks on the Parliament and the Khomeini mausoleum of the Islamic Republic of Iran, leading to the loss of 12 Innocent lives and the injury of several others.

We, the Students of the Iran-Ghana University Students Association even as we commensurate with the people of Iran, condemn in no uncertain terms this barbaric and Savage action visited upon the world. The perpetrators of this dastardly attacks and all those behind them, do not have a place, and ought not to have a place in our modern civilized world, where the sanctity of every human life must be upheld and respected.

Terrorism in all its forms anywhere in the world, remains a threat to world peace and humanity, and requires the full force of all well meaning people of the world to combat same.

We, the students of the Iran-Ghana University Students Association are by this statement, calling on the international community and civil society to collaborate in the fight to rid our world of these terrorist, who pose a great threat to the very peace of the world.
