Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Enterprise Support (YES) Lawyer John Kumah has advised students to develop “shocks for failures” and adopt growth mindset that will propel them to greater height. According to Lawyer John Kumah, some students were recently “committing suicide because you have failed exams” but “examination alone does not determine success in life. Lawyer John Kumah said "successful people understand that failure is a prerequisite for success, and each time you fail, you are one step closer to success. He has therefore challenged students to "use failure as stepping stone to rise above challenges of life.

"There are untapped opportunities in this country that the youth of this country must rise to take advantage."

He added that "I admit to the fact that there are challenges to youth entrepreneurship development in the country and the greatest challenge to the youth is finance" but added that "money is not the first thing to consider in enterprise development".
