I Will Make Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal A First Class Development Hub In Western Region—Gilbert Ken Asmah

The newly sworn in Municipal Chief Executive for Tarkwa Nsuaem Municipal Assembly, TNMA Hon Gilbert Ken Asmah has observed that Sanitation is very key to him and he is very determined and committed to curbing the canker.

"I will improve upon the toilet facilities, provision of modern recreational centres, improve upon water supply to developing areas and to further strengthen the security mechanism in the Municipality", he added.

Gilbert Ken Asmah disclosed this in his acceptance speech after his election and swearing in at the TNMA Conference hall on Wednesday 11th April 2017.

In totality Forty Assembly members were present, out of which forty Assembly members voted YES whilst five voted NO representing 87% of the valid votes cast.

Performing the swearing in and oath taking, Hon Kweku Agyemang Manu, Western Regional Minister noted that he will ensure an equitable distribution of developmental projects and programs to all Municipal and District Assemblies to foster harmony in the region, he mentioned his readiness to give maximum cooperation to all Security, heads of department, Civil organizations and religious bodies for a sustainable working relationship.
