Business, City And Policy Experts On State Of Global Climate Action

As negotiators gather in Bonn for the first day of international climate, a distinguished panel of leading experts from Ceres, ICLEI, Mission 2020 and World Resources Institute will highlight current efforts by countries, businesses, investors and cities to advance climate action.

During the press conference at the UNFCCC venue in Bonn on Monday, 8 May at 11:30 am CEST, panelists will also address how the global community and much of America stands fully committed to the Paris Agreement and achieving a prosperous, low-carbon and climate-resilient future.

Additionally, experts will outline important progress that negotiators can make here in Bonn and key opportunities for advancing greater climate commitments by 2020, including at the G7 Summit in Italy (26-27 May).
