Setting Targets In Life

There is something special about life, if you set a destination for yourself you'll get there. Just as we have GPS locators to guide us in life to get to our physical destinations and it doesn't deceive or disappoint us, so does setting targets or having visions for our lives get us to our preplanned destinations. There is something great in us than GPS locators, that is the passion, and the desire to achieve greater things in life and also to make our tomorrow better than our yesterday and our current moments(Today)

I'm new to this writing business, and so far so good. I must admit that aside God the most high, the people around me, and other bloggers keep me going by their responses to my publications. I read some of the comments, be amazed and ask myself, am I really doing something great? They do put me in a state of doubt sometimes.

Sorry I got a bit emotional and carried away, permit me to get back to my point now.

Half way through or beyond this month I realized I had just about six publications for the whole year, and for such a man with such great God given talent I felt like I wasn't being effective. I actually do have no intent of praising myself, I just appreciate the creator for who he's made me. I set a target for myself to have ten posts by the end of the month, here we are today almost at the end of April, this is my tenth publication and it is on setting targets for ourselves. This should tell you that targets are nothing but achievable if you put in effort and stay focused to achieve them.

Identifying yourself and your unique talents is one thing but setting targets in life is a plus and it is a step right behind fulfillment/success. It is up to you to work hard to reach the destination you set to reach.
