Fero has unmasked another exciting device to give consumers the greater opportunity to own a smartphone with uniquely designed features at a cheaper cost on the Ghanaian market.

The Business Head, West and Central Africa, Fero, Sandeep Narayanan said every Fero product found on the market is based on the needs of consumers.

He noted that there are few devices on the market that do not reflect the lifestyles and aspirations of Africa.

Sandeep Narayanan added that Fero products exude youthfulness and are aimed at satisfying the needs of their consumers.

He indicated that the new device which goes for Ghc299 has an amazing Dragontrail feature that provides a high display protection.

According to him, the device is available in all major outlets in 26 countries in Africa and Midle East.

Noel Kojo Ganson, General Manager, Consumer Marketing, MTN Ghana noted that access to data and related services is key to driving socio-economic and it is for this reason that MTN Ghana partner with reputable Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to secure first-to-market deals on high quality affordable devices for valued customers.

He said MTN is proud to announce its partnership with Fero, another entry point and affordable smartphone that allows MTN subscribers to experience the bold new digital world.

Mr. Ganson emphasized that the Fero L100, tagged as the game changer for mobile phones that supports 4G is superfast and comes with remarkable features at an incredible price.

According to him, the new device is the most affordable 4G-enabled device that remains a stepping stone to many more exciting offers MTN has in mind for Ghanaians this year.

He posited that MTN is offering free 1GB of data each month for a period of six month to give buyers an experience of 4G services.

Mr. Ganson indicated that this year alone, MTN has earmarked US$143 million to fund network expansion and optimization.

“Enhancing our subscribers’ data experience forms a substantial part of that investment. We are expanding 4G coverage across Ghana by adding 197 4G sites to the 475 4G sites already deployed nationwide. We will also roll out an additional 561 3G sites across the country this year,” he intimated.
