Accra, April 26, GNA - The Ministry of Energy on Tuesday revised fees charged by haulage trucks from one million cedis to 849,000 cedis for large trucks and from 900,000 cedis to 800,000 for smaller trucks. The revised fees are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and National Health Insurance Levy.
A statement signed by Professor Mike Oquaye, Minister of Energy said the revision followed an urgent meeting the Ministry held with Tanker Owners Union and a representative of Calibration Companies on Tuesday. 26 April 05
