Thank You Mr. President For Nominating Ignatius Baffour Awuah For Employment And Labour Relations Ministry

As die hard Ghanaians, and community improvement activists, we members of LIDO USA, wish to extend our gratitude to President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo-Addo, for nominating a youthful, exuberant and down to earth minister designate for Employment and Labour in the person of Ignatius Baffour Awuah, also the MP for Sunyani West.

We urge the vetting committee to confirm him for arduous work of job creation and labour conflicts resolution to begin in the sector.

The Leadership and Integrated Development Organisation (LIDO)– USA, have worked closely with Baffour at diverse levels of community improvement in his tenure as DCE, Deputy Regional Minister, Regional Minister, and as MP and concluded he is resolute, firm, and committed to tackle the 48% youth unemployment mess left by the NDC.

LIDO USA, has programmes lined up for the sector, and hope to commence deliberations with the ministry as soon as practicable.
