The police in Accra have arrested Frederick Bart Wilson, a Ghanaian business man who allegedly used fake cheques of foreign banks to pay for imports.
Wilson, also known as Paa Kow, was arrested at the Kotoka International Airport when he attempted to clear hydraulic steering pumps he had imported from a German company, Bag-Servicepool.
His accomplice, Kwaku Nketia, 49, who allegedly assisted in the clearing of the goods, has also been arrested and is assisting the police in their investigations.
