The Coalition of Ga-Dangme have hit hard at the Chieftaincy Minister, Dr Seidu Danaa for allegedly aiding a subordinate to disrespect the Presidency.

According to the youth, Dr Danaa has failed to enforce a transfer letter that was issued to the registrar of the Greater Accra Regional House of Chiefs, Harry Attipoe.

In a statement signed by the spokesperson of the group, Emmanuel Okoe Thormy, said the Minister since he issued the directive has failed to enforce it.

"We suspect the Minister, Dr Danaa for having a hand in the refusal of the registrar to leave for his new post despite orders from the Presidency. Is he trying to say Attipoe is bigger than him"

They said "we knew the Minister to be a very strong willed and disciplined person who does not condone illegality but his posture in the Attipoe transfer saga gives room to doubt his integrity"

"It is unfortunate Dr Danaa would allow Attipoe's transfer to dent his image"

Mr Thormy noted that the coalition of Ga-Dangme believes Attipoe is allegedly involved in several corrupt acts at the House of Chiefs hence his refusal to leave for his new transfer base despite orders from the Presidency affirming his transfer.

The group again questioned the Minister why he issued the transfer letter in the first place when he knew he was working at the whims and caprice of his subordinate Attipoe.

"If you know you are in bed with Attipoe, why do you have to issue a transfer letter when you are unable to enforce it?” they questioned

"We believe the Minister must answer questions to the Presidency for allowing Attipoe to continue to be in office despite his own transfer letter for him to leave for the Volta region. Dr Danaa has surely been compromised in this transfer saga"

The Coalition who have called off two demonstrations since the Attipoe transfer saga unfolded have threatened to hit the street soon to force Attipoe out of office.

"We shall demonstrate against the Minister Dr Danaa and Attipoe in the coming days to ensure the right thing is done. We believe Dr Danaa must come clean."
