I Have Never Spoken Against Rachel Nana Adwoa Appoh - Korsah

A New Patriotic Party [NPP] member in the Gomoa Central Constituency, Mr. Gyesi Korsah has vehemently denied ever condemning the National Democratic Congress [NDC] Member of Parliament [MP] for the area, Rachel Nana Adwoa Appoh that she has done nothing for the Constituency.

According to Mr. Gyesi Korsah, because of his stammering condition, he hardly even speak on campaign platforms, and therefore does not even remember the last time he spoke about Rachel Nana Adwoa Appoh, as she claims.

According to the NPP member, last Sunday 11^th of Sept. an Accra-based radio station, Peace Fm carried a live interview during its evening news bulletin in which the PM furiously attacked and accused him of saying that she has not done anything for the Constituency.

Reacting to the story, Mr. Gyesi Korsah said the attack on him by the MP has no basis, because according to him, he has never said any such thing anywhere and therefore see it as a sign of frustration on the part of the MP, especially at a time that the country is going into election, and so want to fabricate stories to gain the sympathy of the voters.

He stated immediately he heard the news, he called into the studios of Peace Fm several times set the records straight, but his line was never picked.
