Tema, Feb. 11, GNA -- A 26-year old mason at Lashiebi, near Sakumono who had anal sex with a seven-year old boy causing him to be hospitalised as a result of bleeding, has been remanded by the Tema Circuit Court 'B'.

The victim, as a result of injuries he sustained, has not been able to walk and has been hospitalised at the Tema General Hospital. The accused Victor Klutse, was charged with unnatural canal knowledge and causing harm but the presiding Judge, Mr Stephen K. Teye said his case was a first degree felony and therefore, refused to take his plea.

Chief Inspector Edith Nutakor, told the court that Klutse works in the same vicinity where the victim lives and on February 9, this year he called the victim to go on an errand for him.

She said in the process, Klutse lured the victim to the back of a house and forcibly had sex with him through his anus till he started bleeding.

The victim later reported the matter to his mother who with assistance of other people arrested Klutse and sent him to the Police.

Klutse however, in his caution statement said that he only inserted his fore finger into the anus of the victim.
