Accra, Jan 19, GNA - The National Chapters Committee, (NCC) the supporters' body of Accra Hearts of Oak Sporting Club has placed an embargo on Mr Mohammed Alhassan, its national organiser.
A statement jointly signed by Mr Neil Armstrong-Mortagbe and Ken Saro-Wiwa Chairman and Public Relations Officer of the NCC respectively, said Mr Alhassan is to desist from associating himself with any activity of the NCC on account of engaging in acts and conducts that have seriously compromised the interest of the NCC and the club as a whole.
The statement said the order is a temporal one and would remain in effect till the Annual Chapters Delegates Assembly to be held in Kumasi next month at which a comprehensive report will be submitted to the delegates.
According to the statement, the Assembly will then take a decision after it had received reports on the matter.
The statement therefore directed that all organisational matters should be sent to the General Secretary, the First and Second Deputy Organisers and the Public Relations Officer.
