Rt Rev. Quansah was speaking at the inauguration of a 12- million-cedi school building for the Moree Methodist Kindergarten, at Moree in the Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese District on Monday. The church and some individuals including Mr Michael Essandoh, regional coordinating director and the assemblyman for the area, Mr Kofi Fleischer, financed it.
Mr Andrew Mensah, the MP for the area, said it was wrong for parents to entrust the upbringing of their wards solely to teachers. He promised to set aside five per cent of his MP's fund to support education.
