Saltpond, Dec 31, GNA - Mrs Comfort Owusu, the Member of Parliament for Mfantseman East, has pledged to make available her experience and expertise to the Mfantseman District Assembly. Mrs Owusu, who did not contest in Election 2004, said anytime that the need arose for her service the assembly should not hesitate to invite her.

The MP gave the assurance at her last meeting with the assembly at Saltpond on Thursday.

She told the assembly members that it was their collective activities that would enhance the living standards and quality of life of their people and urged them to desist from activities that could divide their ranks.

She appealed to them to continue to seek the welfare and development of the people they represented.

Mrs Owusu expressed her sincere thanks to the assembly for supporting her in the discharge of her duties as MP and called for the same cooperation and support for the in-coming MPs.
