Shadrach Eghan came off the bench to play for Twente

Ghanaian youth midfielder Shadrach Eghan ended his trials at Belgian side Westerlo to play for FC Twente in their heavy 4-0 hammering of Heracles Almelo on Friday.

The 2013 Ghana U20 triallist underwent trials at Westerlo and even scored in a friendly win over Coxyde.

But he was recalled from his trial and handed playing minute as a late substitute as Twente battered Heracles to better their chances of survival relegation.

Both Eghan and Manchester City loanee Thomas Agyepong were all started on the bench as they came on in the last 10 minutes of the tie.

Eghan has had problems with his work permit extension and Twente are likely to lose him at the end of the season.
