Gov't Pays Over ¢483m For Report On Economy

Accra, Nov. 14, Lens -- President Kufuor's administration have dished out a whopping ¢483,115,050.00 to a foreign media house to publish a "Special Report" on the economy, which they would then turn around and be quoting to Ghanaians to prove that they are performing miracles. It is not only foreign media houses that benefit from this tactics, on the local front at least one journalist is known to have been given $15,000.00, ostensibly, for medical treatment.
