Dear Hon President Mahama
I Write to ask you one question, which I know is on the lips of all Ghanaians.
Why do you ignore the problem of noise making? You know the consequences of continuous background noise. Lack of sleep, lack of concentration and lethargy etc etc.
Why do you allow the "Public Announcement" centres to pump out Evangelical Preachings and Chemical Selling from 4.30 am and then allow churches off all denominations to hold services in the open until past midnight.
The reason I am questioning you is that the Assembly Men, MC, Regional Minister, EPA and the Police all tell me that you have not yet approved the local bylaws on Times of Noise Making.
Therefore I implore you to Pass this law to allow us to have some quality sleep, therefore increasing our production and better educating our children.
