Obuasi, Oct.11, Chronicle -- THE Parliamentary candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) for Obuasi, Mr. Justice Dasah, has denied rumors that he was stepping down for the independent parliamentary candidate, Miss Adelaide Borden.

Speaking in an interview with The Chronicle at Obuasi on Saturday, Mr. Dasah described the rumour as misleading adding, it was a propaganda ploy by his opponents to deceive the electorate to vote in hir favor.

“I wish to inform the numerous supporters of the great NDC that l am still contesting the Obuasi seat on the ticket of the NDC and will never look back,” he vowed.

“I love my party and the people who chose me to represent them and for that matter I will remain focused to ensure a massive win for the party, come December 7,” he added.

He, has therefore, asked the country's medical practitioners to be ready, attending to more casualties since the victory of the NDC on December 7, would send most of the ruling NPP supporters, including their big gurus into a coma.

He said the party would win not less than 80% in both the parliamentary and presidential elections in the constituency, come December 7.

He has, therefore, called on members of the party to rally behind him, to achieve victory for the party advising them to avoid indecent language during their electioneering campaign.
