Accra, Oct. 5, GNA - The Ghana Education Service (GES) on Tuesday cautioned heads of second cycle institutions to desist from collecting money before admitting new students.

This was contained in a statement issued and signed by Mr Paul Kofi Krampa, Public Relations Officer of the Ghana Education Service. The statement said the Ghana Education Service had noted with grave concern allegation that some Headmasters had been collecting monies from parents and guardians.
