The Member of Parliament for Tema East, Daniel Nii Kwatei Titus-Glover, has given members of the New Patriotic Party [NPP] a recipe to defeat the National Democratic Congress [NDC] party come 2016 general elections.

Energizing his party members for the NPP’S drive to victory come 2016, Titus-Glover, demonstrated to NPP members how to urge the eligible voters to boot out the NDC come the 2016 general elections.

Daniel Nii Kwatei Titus-Glover gave the recipe when the NPP-Toronto chapter held a town hall meeting for residents in Greater Toronto Area [GTA] in Canada recently.

Before speaking on the topic, “Ghana will work again under NPP government”, Titus-Glover mounted the podium at the Ghanaian Presbyterian Church and shouted “Kukrudu’’ which got the loudest responds “power”.

Then with the third shout of “kukrudu” attendants rose to their feet and responded “power, power, power heeeiii” as Titus-Glover with the attendants gave the sign of sacking the NDC government from power.

According to Titus-Glover, the victory that is coming the way of the NPP is like a tornado that some NDC members themselves have admitted that they can not stop it.

He was hopeful that an NPP government under Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo, will definitely transform the country that it has never been before.

Why, he described the 2016 NPP presidential candidate as a man of vision whom it has become difficult to find, a man of principle, a man of transformation who is full of creativity and wants to put his ideas into practice to see the country developed.

But he was quick to admit that, the party needs to conquer the real battle which is at the pooling stations.

According to him, the Supreme Court which handled the 2012 election petition made it clear that there were a lot of anomalies that went on at the pooling stations that needs to be corrected.

Again he said that the Supreme Court showed that the voters register was bloated and before NPP gets the power it has to seek radical change to the register adding, “The NPP will be radical and resolute in dealing with such issues before the elections are held”.

Titus-Glover challenged that, “the NDC can not compare itself to the NPP when it comes to ruling the country.” But when it comes to massaging figures to rig election that one they are experts”.

The Tema East MP said, the secret about the NDC party is that they are scared about qualities Nana Akuffo Addo possessed and the fear of his intent to pursue accountability to stop corruption when elected president.

The law maker for Harbour City charged the minister for fisheries to account for the 53.8 million dollars World Bank loan which was to revamp the fishing industry and aqua-culture in Ghana.

He argued that arresting fishermen is not something that will solve troubles facing the fishing ministry but rather using the 53.8 million dollars World Bank loan to fix the Tema boat yard, repair vessels to revamp the fishing sector is what is important.

And that he made his intention known of praying parliament to summon the sector minister to render account for the 53.8 million dollars loan to the law making house when it resumes sitting soon.

He added his voice to that of fishermen who are calling on the sector minister to stop using the money for unnecessary workshops and traveling and come to their aid.
