Open Letter To The Electoral Commission To Disqualify Richard Djan From Contesting The District Assembly Election

Dear Sir / Madam,

PETITION TO DISQUALIFY RICHARD DJAN FROM CONTESTING THE DISTRICT ASSEMBLY ELECTIONS

We the CONSENT YOUTH from KINKA electoral area in the odododiodioo constituency would respectfully endorse disqualifying RICHARD DJAN'S nomination and for contesting for the assemblyman position slated for 1^st September 2015 for flouting the rules and regulation governing the district assembly election Act 1994 (473) section 9, number 3 (b).

1. We all know in the community that, Richard Djan alias ALLAHDEY was apprehended selling cocaine at his usual ghetto behind Bukom toilet Park (gutter s33) in May 2007 and sent to James Town Police Station which tv3 covered and showed during their 7pm news.

2. He was also caught midnight sexually assaulting Abigail (teenager) in her family room early this year at Asere-Djorshie house Number D-118/2 which was later solved amicably.

3. Abraham Asare who has already campaign for the assemblyman position since last year is now in the unit committee race because he (Abraham) was invited by leaders of the party (N.P.P) in Odododiodoo to step down and support RICHARD to campaign. Abraham has no option than to comply with their request because they are all in the same political party. Richard Djan has no positive record, does not portray qualities of a good leader, and does not show positive moral in our dear community. His highest educational qualification he presented CANNOT be senior high school because he did not complete it.

4. We have also come to the realization that he is DISHONEST to the STATE/LAW by picking and submitting nomination forms with false information to contest the district assembly elections. More evidence are on the grounds when you visit the community to investigate so you save KINKA district from this mess.

We hope our humble appeal would be taken into consideration by disqualifying him from contesting the upcoming district assembly and unit committee elections slated for 1^st September 2015 because he has flouted the rules and regulation governing the district assembly elections Act 1994 (473), section 9 number (3) (b).
