The plea of Batambe Kwadwo, farmer, Eric Matse, businessman, and Junic Gorden, a student, were not taken and they will re-appear on September 22. At Felicia's house they met Etor, a friend of Matse and according to Mawuse, Etor and the deceased, Kpodo Senanu Courage, planned to steal some timber boards to erect a gymnasium for bodybuilding. Chief Inspector Gyamfi said in the process of stealing the boards from the Baptist Church near Mawuse's house, an alarm was raised. The prosecution said some passers-by took the deceased to the Tema General Hospital but he died the following day.
