NDC to train frontline staff for Election 2004
Ho, Sept. 13, GNA- The main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), is training its District, Constituency and other frontline staff in the Volta Region, to facilitate the party's efforts to win Election 2004. Mr Francis Ganyaglo, The Regional Secretary of the NDC, who made this known to the Ghana News Agency in an interview in Ho on Monday, said although the Region was the stronghold of the NDC, the Party was leaving no stone unturned. He said the electorate would be sensitized on the need to vote the ruling New Patriotic Party, out of office. Mr Ganyaglo said apart from agents who would observe the polls at the various stations, a task force would be sent round on voting day to urge the people to exercise their civic duties.
