A Letter To All Delegates Of The Npp
13.06.2015 LISTEN

Dear NPP Delegate,
As we embark on this all important exercise, which you have the honourable opportunity to be part of, I would like to use this medium to appeal to your conscience to do as Nana Akufo-Addo asked you to. Our victory in 2016 has today's election as it's foundation and we know the importance of having a good foundation. I may not have moral fortitude to tell you what to at this crucial moment but we are all in it together.

Today is as important as the days that preceded it, but today's thumb printing far exceeds the days that are past and gone. Why do I say this, in moments like and campaign strategies in our body politics in Ghana, lots of things do change hands to buy the conscience of delegates. It has happened before and we are living through it, amidst dumdumdumsor and untold hardships. Your vote today is your effort to changing the future of your constituency, Ghana as a whole and potentially Africa in general. Most of you have great men who needs your votes but some will come with money to desuade your thoughts because they know that's the only chance they have. Don't allow mediocrity to buy your mind.

I have great trust in our flagbearer Nana Akufo-Addo, who despite almost 50 years in Ghana politics, no one has been able to successfully tag him with one corruption issue. Don't allow yourselves to be corrupted, casting a vote for a person you truly know will help us in the bigger picture, out of your own reasoning will give you a greater pride than cheaply selling your dignity to live a life of self blame for years.

To me every qualified NPP who has been cleared to contest is a worthy person for your vote, therefore make sure you chose the very best, a winnable candidate who would not become a bench warmer in parliament, either power or opposition, we need parliamentarians who are worth the title they are chasing not those who need the title improve their lot.

I can go on and on and on but as the wise saying goes, a word to the wise is enough. Let me end by re-echoing Nana Akufo-Addos advice to you the delegates, vote for people who can help us to achieve power in 2016. Our future is in your hands as delegates, please don't sell us cheap because no elephant is cheap.

Vote wisely
God bless NPP
God bless Ghana.
Kuuuuuuukruduuuuuuuuu
Regards
Okatakyie Quame Ogadusman ( Sir Gadus )
To all delegates.
