Mr Toye said these Zongo Women within the Municipality were in distress, and needed to be rescued financially to improve their businesses.

He said that the money would be revolved to enable others to benefit in future.

Mr Toye gave the assurance that an NPP government would ensure that Zongo women enjoyed healthy and better lives.
