Speaking to the GNA, Mr. Samuel Duodu, a store attendant said he woke up around 1.30 AM on Saturday to urinate and saw Sadiku forcing to open one of the gates where the iron rods had been kept. In the morning, people in the vicinity identified the pullover and directed him to Sadiku's house.

When the slippers and the pullover were shown to the parents they identified them as belonging to their son Sadiku, who also admitted being the owner and was handed over to the Police, who are conducting further investigations.
