Accra, July 26, GNA - A brother revealed the nefarious activity of his brother and got him jailed for two years by an Accra High Court on Monday.
Mr Kwame Ampomah gave up his brother Isaac Kwaku Ampomah, a Caretaker, who masterminded the stealing of 21 million cedis belonging to his employer.
Chief Inspector of Police Benedicta Akolgo told the Court that on July 2 Kwaku together with three accomplices broke into the car of his employer at her residence in East Legon, Accra and made away with a bag containing 21 million cedis.
Chief Inspector Akolgo said Kwame informed the Employer that he saw his brother fidgeting with the boot of her car and Kwaku confessed to being the brain behind the theft, saying he received 2.5 million cedis as his share of the money.
The Police gave the names of the accomplices as Mustapha, Boateng and Adamu. They are on the run.
