As the Abudus and Andanis in the Dagbon Traditional Area are engaged in their totally nugatory internecine sabre rattling, some people have seen in that an opportunity to cash in and milk the confusion.

The ADM, which received an email of such fraud from one Prince Abdullah Rahman Andani, has been published unedited.

He alleges that as a first year medical student at the University of Ghana, West Africa, he returned, to his home town Yendi capital Dagbon, Northern Region of Ghana only to be told that some unknown mobs had attacked and brutally murdered all his family members including his father, the “king” or “lion” of Dagbon, Ya-Na Yakubu Andani II.

According to him, he also discovered a document indicating that his late father had deposited $37.7m United States Dollars in a private security firm in Johannesburg which was meant for the building of an ultra modern hospital for him by his late father after completion of his studies.

Upon the discovery, he left Ghana in trace of the private security firm and have succeeded in making the people at the company to believe he is the next of kin.

Not knowing what to do however, he has decided to contact the firm to seek their assistance in helping him take the money out of their country or through their account and also help him come to Johannesburg to continue his education till such a time that he will be ready to use it.

He appealed that the firm maintains a high level of secrecy and confidentiality with the whole transaction.
