Sunyani, July 1, GNA - The Brong Ahafo Regional Co-ordinating Council on Thursday feted a cross section of senior citizens at the Residency to mark the nation's 44th Republic Day celebration.

A number of the senior citizens who addressed the gathering urged the government to continue with its sterling performance so far for an improvement in the lives of Ghanaians and not to be distracted by the "wayward utterances" of its opponents.
