Fatawu Weeps Over Inactivity
04.11.2014 LISTEN

Fatawu Dauda
National goalkeeper, Fatawu Dauda, of Ashantigold FC, is not a happy man the paper can state.

The agile goalkeeper says he is hungry for league football action but sadly the Ghana league had been delayed.

'We trained everyday but there is no league matches for us to play,' the Black Stars goalkeeper said on radio.

He said training on a daily basis without getting matches to test your strength and development is worrisome to players.

Dauda who manned the post for the Black Stars at the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup, said his wish is that the league starts soon.

The agile goalkeeper returned to the country after travelling to South Africa in search for greener pastures.

Dauda, by reports reaching the paper, is in top shape so he can't wait for the league to start to show what he is made of.
