TOKYO, Japan, October 23, 2014/African Press Organization (APO)/ -- 1. Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs Mr. Kazuyuki Nakane will visit the Republic of Zambia and the Republic of Tunisia from October 23 to 27.
2. In Zambia, Parliamentary Vice-Minister Nakane will attend events for Zambia's 50th Independence Anniversary Celebrations (Golden Jubilee)that will be held from October 23 to 24, and he is also scheduled to exchange views on bilateral relations etc. with officials of the Government of Zambia.
3. In Tunisia, Parliamentary Vice-Minister Nakane is scheduled to carry out election monitoring activities as the head of the Japanese observer mission. Japan dispatches the mission to assist the Tunisian people to hold a transparent, fair and peaceful parliamentary election under the new constitution on October 26.
