Woman gives birth to female triplets

Kumasi, May 15, GNA - Miss Comfort Tawiah, a 22-year-old housewife, resident at Nkawie in the Atwima district on Friday gave birth to triplets, all girls, at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi. The bouncing triplets looked well and were responding favourably to medical attention and care.

According to the husband, Mr Alhassan Seidu, a driver at Atwima district education directorate, they already have a three-year-old boy. He expressed his gratitude to the nurses and other medical personnel at KATH and Nkawie hospital, from where the woman was referred, for the intensive care and support they gave his wife before, during and after the delivery of the triplets.
