Registered voters respond to photo exercise

Juaso (Ash) April 26, GAN- The response to the taking of photographs in the registration exercise by the Electoral Commission (EC) has been positive in the six registration centres in Juaso in the Asante-Akim South.

Areas where the Ghana News Agency toured at Juaso showed that registered voters queued on the first and second days of the eight-day exercise to have their photographs taken.

Ms Sara Adjei and Ms Felicia Anane, the registration officers described the response by the registered voters as very encouraging adding "if they come as they have started, the exercise will be completed before the end of the eight days".

NPP and NDC party agents were represented at all the centres. The exercise will end on May 1, 2004. 26 April 04
