The court presided over by Mrs Jennifer Tagoe granted each of them 200 million cedis bail to reappear on April 23.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Eric Amoako, prosecuting, told the court that the complainant was Mr Sylvester Asare Owusu, the Managing Director and Former Chairman of the Interim Management Committee (IMC) of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Football Club.
He said the accused persons took advantage of the inability of the complainant to conduct regular stocktaking to commit the crime. DSP Amoako said Mr Owusu during a recent stocktaking exercise discovered that the accused persons had managed to steal the money by manipulating the figures in the stock ledger.
