Ghana: It Is Time To Join Hands With President Mahama

President Mahama has made a couple of declarations pointing to a direction out of the forest of the wild. The fight to restore sanity and high values of progressive nation building after sinking into pit levels, is like a high mountain that requires a considerable amount of energy to climb. There could be the possibility that this move may be unpopular with some of his colleges, appointees, and even some surrounding him.

Regardless, corruption, greed and "grabology", are evil and detrimental to our individual and collective progress, as well as general human interest. All of us MUST crowd the President with our encouragement and support to give this fight the energized push it requires to position the nation comfortably distant from the dark fields of wild animals that thrive on every contrary principle against civil, progressive politics, and good governance.

Skeptic, critics, cautious optimists and even haters of the President are at liberty to constructively, intelligently, candidly and even forcefully critique his public utterances and actions, but we must also realize that we are in very dangerous times threatening to our current stability, democratic dispensation and progress made as a nation. We must therefore be minded by this delicate season of seeming chaos and act in a most responsible manner ultimately in the national interest.

We have a choice as a nation between SUSTAINED DEMOCRATIC DEVELOPMENT and RETROGRESSING CHAOS and urge us all, especially the youth to put our minds and best effort to the cause of accelerated business development and job creation growth, in competition with the progressive world. We are now out of the partisan political campaign period and in the season of progressive national development, and turn our backs on excessive partisanship as well as overzealous political rivalry. It will be in our best interest to avoid creating fertile conditions that will drive our highly energized but despondent youth to bond together in crime, chaos and anarchy.

May I finally draw our attention to the fact that from the beginning of the world through time, periods of chaos have ushered in eras of reinvention for long term futuristic sustainability, and this is that time for Ghana. President Mahama should demonstrate clear, competent and attractive leadership in the reinvention journey to the brighter side. the President and his team should however do well never to breach our trust reposed in them because grandfathers, grandmothers, papanom, nananom, parents, business people, workers, police, military, youth, boys and girls Abr3 Pa Pa Pa Pa.
