Promustard Solutions Ghana now ProMobile GH

Accra, Sept. 24, GNA - Promustard Solutions Ghana, a software provider, has changed its name to Promobile GH, as part of its intension to help transform the digital business in Ghana.

Promobile GH has supported its clients to accelerate their business cycles, increase productivity, reduce operating costs and extend their infrastructure through enterprise mobile business solutions.

Mr Daniel Antwi, Co-Founder of Promobile GH, told the Ghana news Agency in an interview in Accra that the company is now focused to introduce a 'Paperless solution App'.

He said the 'Paperless App' is a mobile application designed to provide customers with a superior, convenient and personalized business solution.

The 'Paperless App' is a mobile application which allows companies and institutions to fill forms and have access to files and documents, without going through the conventional way of working with hard copy documents.

Mr Antwi said the software comes with security features similar to those used for online banking.

Features of this 'Paperless App' include signature recognition from the screen which allows the user to endorse his or her signature on a document by using the phone or an approved device.

'The App also has camera enabling functionalities which allow a user to take a picture and instantly upload it on a form,' he said.

He said the Paperless App has a GPS tracker which enables an operator to track his or her device in case of any fraudulent act.
