Government has finally released a GYEEDA report "into the system". The report was released Wednesday evening after a deputy Minister of Information Felix Kwakye Ofosu claimed Wednesday morning that it was out there without producing a copy of the report.
The report is accompanied by an action plan which government says it will be implementing.
The controversial Ghana Youth Employment and Entrepreneurial Development Agency (GYEEDA) report describes serious lapses and a disturbing trend of financial impropriety at the youth employment agency.
A leaked copy which circulated in the media was described by government as fake. President Mahama also urged patience promising to publish the report after his senior adviser P.V Obeng had finished working on it.
