ARISE GHANA YOUTH; against insults
02.06.2013 LISTEN

Our Nation demands our devotion, all youth of today.

It is appalling to visit most of our tertiary campuses only to see a chunk of students following the quagmire system without protests. It takes only a minute section of the students population who advance their search for knowledge by reading other books apart from the printed handouts prescribed. Others forcefully read other books not related to their respective courses, thereby enhancing their knowledge. On our campuses, it is mostly students who take interest in 'students-leadership' that dedicate themselves to reading other political materials and update themselves with current affairs on the media.

Most of these students rise from Academic politics to National politics. Some just join the fray of making quick money; they pay no attention to the ideological direction of the parties that offers them a hand. They get prepared to do all the donkey jobs for that party. They immediately request for personal cars to convey them to various Media Houses to propagate the views of their pay masters. They fail to do analysis based on their experiences, study and the realities on the ground. Instead of paying a little attention to research into issues to be discussed the next day, they spend all time in communication team meetings purposely aimed at promoting the interests of their pay masters; they least speak their minds. Some of these student activists have least understanding of National and international issues. They are trained to permanently hate their political friends with diverse views other than theirs.

'Who is the enemy? The enemy is imperialism, which uses as its forces, colonialism and neo-colonialism'- Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah. Our enemies, as a nation and a continent, are not the political parties that operate in our countries contrary to our views but the multinationals whose interests are to impoverish us to advance their wealth.

The entire nation and continent of Africa must realize that the world is polarized on the lines of the 'Haves' and the 'Have-nots'- the Rich and the Poor. In all circumstances, the poor in the world outnumbers the rich, and any mobilization will favour the latter. We as a Nation and a Continent are also subjected to the evils of the World Bank, the IMF, the USAid and other agencies controlled by the illuminati; a group which believes in the absolute control over the Political, Economic and Social affairs of the world.

Our enemy, as an impoverished state, is the Western forces responsible for our woes through unfair trade policy, regime changes, introduction of deadly seeds onto our soil (Genetically Modified Seeds- GMO), stocking our markets with inferior goods and outdated and poisonous drugs, the annexation of our lands, 'mis-educational' materials introduced into our educational system just to produce 'junky graduates'.

Against the backdrop of all these, it would be unwise to fight ourselves as NDC against NPP in our country. We cannot continue insulting ourselves on the airwaves in an attempt to attract political favour from our pay masters (persons who have fewer clues to national and continental development). For the past five years, the youth has topped the chart of insults on the airwaves.

Our insults as a nation and a continent, if any, should be directed at individuals and countries that continuously impoverish us; those whose 'mis-educational' plans have led to the perpetual breeding of some unintellectual and logically retarded opinion leaders, who have no clue to development. Our educational system is polluted to the extent that we breed graduates who are far from reality; graduates whose education have been an alienation from their social selves and personalities; graduates who have 'black faces with white spirits'.

As a nation and a continent we can work in unity of purpose to expose national traitors, compradors, stooges, and bootlickers.

The youth of today will be the leaders of tomorrow. Are they prepared to take up the mantle from our leaders in truth and in all honesty? The present youth must dedicate itself to proper study of rightful books, proper reflection of our system, participating in progressive study groups, study situations outside its country, be ideologically directed, and all other attributes that leads to progress.

We must all condemn all insulting individuals who occupy the airwaves. All persons must know that when you disagree with someone's views, you state categorically the various reasons why you disagree without resorting to insults. Insult usage is a defeatist poor strategy.

Finally, the youth can direct its energies to social research, education, teaching younger ones, farming, handicraft works, communal labour, helping construct roads, schools, and drains, defend its country at all times in order to expose all evil thinkers, and the likes.

ARISE GHANA YOUTH FOR YOUR COUNTRY!
ARISE AFRICAN YOUTH FOR YOUR CONTINENT!!
ARISE ALL OPPRESED FOR THE REVOLUTION AHEAD!!!
