The election petition hearing 'has not even reached half-way', spokesperson for the first and third respondents, Nana Ato Dadzie has told XYZ News.
The former chief of staff explained on Saturday May 18, 2013 when he appeared on Radio XYZ's news analysis Programme, 'The Analyst' that the case 'will come to a half-way when the petitioners would have finished with their witnesses'.
Nana Ato Dadzie noted: 'The space is still available for the petitioners, for instance Nana Addo may decide to take the stand and then give further or additional evidence because he's a party, he's entitled to it, and then Jake may decide to take the stand'.
Hearing resumes today, Monday May 201, 2013.
Lead Counsel for the governing National Democratic Congress, Tsatsu Tsikata is expected to be wrapping up his cross-examination of key witness Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia.
The Bench is expected to rule on an earlier objection raised by the petitioners before the court rose on Thursday.
